Tesla in New York

Apropå Nikola Tesla så finns det en ny roman som inkluderar honom, The Invention of Everything Else av Samantha Hunt. New York Times skrev i mars:

In what will turn out to be the last few days of his life, Tesla spends his time trying to ensure that his most spectacular idea -- the death ray -- doesn't suffer the same fate (as the radio). As he tinkers with his machine and tends to his pigeons, he recalls the events of his fantastic past, memories that take him from his childhood in a small Croatian village to his reluctant retirement at the Hotel New Yorker.

Tesla levde tio år, och dog, i det där huset med New Yorker-skylten på på Manhattan, som numera ägs av Moon-rörelsen. Läs mer.
